# Onitsoga Digital

The name on the work is Onitsoga Digital. The company is Onitsoga Labs, Inc. We sell a live site as expert labor, not software or ad management. Every Studio plan includes a client desk we operate using AgencyPro. That desk is how you send photos, notes, and approvals. It is not a software product you buy.

## Studio plan

- For the owner who closes for the day and still has to update the site.
- You send photos and a short brief. You review the finished site. If you approve it, you pay, and we make it live. Looking at the site costs nothing.
- $2,999 once after you approve the site, then $149 every month. The Studio plan is a yearly commitment, paid monthly.
- If the Studio site is not live within seven business days after your approval and build payment, we return the Studio build fee.
- $149 is every month. Text or email the change. We update the page. Two updates a month, up to 30 minutes of work each. Unused updates do not roll over. One larger update a year, up to two hours of work. An update is your hours, your phone number, one photo, or one sentence on the page. Ticket, email, text, or call.
- If you leave, you get static HTML of the live pages, your domain, and your words and photos, after the $499 packaging fee. You do not get the source we use to run the site. While you stay, we keep running the live site.

## Later extras

- Booking calendar: starting at $999 to set up. There is no monthly fee to us. You take the appointments. Just give us a heads up when the site needs to be updated.
- Email newsletter and blog: starting at $499 to set up. There is no monthly fee to us. You own it, you publish, and you manage it. We set it up. We do not write the letters.
- Visit counts and reporting: starting at $749 to set up. $49 every month, we email a detailed traffic report: visits, pages, and where people came from. This is not a ranking promise.
- Google or Microsoft workspace: starting at $999 to set up. There is no monthly fee to us. You pay Google or Microsoft for the accounts.
