This Privacy policy describes this marketing website, digital.onitsoga.com (the "Site"). It is not a privacy notice for websites we build or run for clients. Those clients are the controllers of their own sites. Using this Site is governed by the Website terms. Buying Studio, Loft, Custom, or extras is governed by the Studio agreement.

Who we are

Onitsoga Digital is the name we work under. The legal entity named on this Site is Onitsoga Labs, Inc. We sell professional services: we build and run live websites as a service.

This Site versus client sites

This marketing Site. We decide what this Site collects and how we use it.

Client sites. If you visit a client’s website, that client is the controller of what their site collects (forms, booking, lists, cookies, and similar). We may host or maintain that site as a technical service. We are not the controller of that client’s customer data. If a client buys visit counts and reporting, we may put a third-party visit-count tool on that client’s live site. That client must name that tool in their own privacy policy. Direct privacy questions about a client’s site to that client.

What this Site collects

This Site does not have a consumer app, account settings, or a native mobile application.

Information you give us

• If you book a conversation, an embedded scheduling calendar from a third party (on /booking) collects the name, email, phone number, and other details you enter in that booking flow. That third party processes the booking under its own terms.
• If you email, text, or otherwise write to us, we receive whatever you send.

Information collected automatically

This policy describes what this repository ships. We do not paste Google Analytics or a visit-count script in this Site’s HTML. We did not buy a separate visit-count extra for this marketing Site. A host may still inject a beacon on the live hostname after deploy. Production may be stale relative to this file.

• Visit counts. This Site’s HTML does not currently include a host visit-count beacon. We do not run Google Analytics in this repository.
• Hosting and security. Infrastructure providers that host and protect this Site may process technical request data (IP address, timestamps, URLs, user agent) as part of hosting, security, and reliability.
• Fonts and page libraries. This Site loads fonts and page libraries from third-party delivery networks. Those providers may see your IP address when your browser requests those files.

We do not run a first-party contact form on this Site. Booking is the intake.

Cookies and similar technologies

The scheduling calendar on /booking may set its own cookies. Infrastructure providers that host and protect this Site may set cookies related to hosting or security. We do not operate a cookie-preference panel on this Site. Browser controls can limit cookies.

How we use information

• Answer booking requests and conversations.
• Send texts about scheduling, the live site, and related offers only to a number you give us when you book or otherwise opt in. We do not text imported or purchased lists. Reply STOP, or email us, to opt out.
• Operate, secure, and understand this Site.
• Keep records we need for tax, accounting, or legal defense.
• Improve how the Site works.

We do not sell personal information. Do not send clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment information, or other patient records through booking notes, email, or texts. We are not a HIPAA covered entity and are not a business associate unless a Business Associate Agreement is signed in writing. Showing a healthcare practice in our portfolio does not make us a covered entity.

Who we share with

We share information with companies that help us run this Site, only as needed for that job:

• Infrastructure providers that host and protect this Site
• The third party that provides the embedded scheduling calendar on /booking
• Delivery networks that serve fonts and page libraries this Site loads

Client sites may use other vendors (booking, lists, a visit-count tool when they buy that extra, a client desk). Those vendors are disclosed, if at all, on the client’s own notices. We do not run the visit-counts extra on this marketing Site.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Retention

Booking, correspondence, and texting records: as long as needed to respond, run the business, and meet tax or legal record needs, then we delete or de-identify when we no longer need it. Hosting logs: according to those vendors’ default or account settings, plus any copies we export.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for systems we run. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can decline to book, email, or text. Reply STOP, or email us, to stop marketing and scheduling texts. You can use browser controls to limit cookies. We do not sell personal information.

If you want access to or deletion of information we hold about you, write to us using the contact methods on this Site. We may need to verify who you are.

Children

This Site is for adults booking a business conversation. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. For a material change, we will post the revised policy on this Site before it applies to new collection.
