These Website terms govern using and browsing this marketing website, digital.onitsoga.com (the "Site"). They are not the contract for buying Studio, Loft, Custom, or extras. Buying and receiving that work is governed by the Studio agreement.

Onitsoga Digital is the facing brand. The legal entity is Onitsoga Labs, Inc. We are an independent contractor, not your employee, partner, or joint venturer.

1. These pages are not the purchase contract

The pages on this Site describe the Studio plan and extras. They are marketing. They are not a separate contract. If you buy Studio, Loft, Custom, or extras, the Studio agreement and any Service Initiation Email control that purchase.

2. Intellectual property of this Site

We own this Site: the design, the copy we wrote for this Site, the code, the layout, and the methods. Viewing this Site does not give you ownership of the Site, a license to our source, or a right to copy the Site except as ordinary browsing and linking allow. You may not scrape, republish, or reuse this Site’s source or design as your own product.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use this Site to publish illegal content, malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights, or to attack other systems. Do not attempt to access our source, systems, or other clients’ sites. We may block access if we reasonably believe continued use would be unlawful or abusive.

4. No ranking or advertising promises

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, citations, sales, or advertising results. We do not sell ad management, Agency of Record, or media buying. We do not run daily bids. We never hold a media budget.

5. Texts

If you enter a phone number when you pick a time, we may text you about scheduling, the live site, and related offers. Reply STOP, or email us, to opt out. You are responsible for the number you give us.

6. Privacy

How this Site collects and uses information is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Studio agreement

Buying Studio, Loft, Custom, or extras is governed by the Studio agreement. Browsing this Site does not form that purchase contract. This Site does not include an AgencyPro login. Buying Studio or Loft may involve AgencyPro under the Studio agreement.

If you buy Studio or Loft, you may receive a login to a client desk Provider operates using AgencyPro. That desk is how you send photos, story, notes, and approvals. It is part of how Provider performs the Service. It is not a software product you buy or own. Details are in the Studio agreement.

8. Governing law

These Website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Venue for disputes is Rockland County, New York.
